Sample policy
You should not quote a product you have not held. Samples move fast and the cost comes back on the order.

Artwork for a proof: vector (AI/EPS/PDF) or 300 dpi PNG with transparency. We will send a dieline if the product has an unusual imprint area.
Freight: samples ship on your account or prepaid and added to the invoice — your choice.
Returns: blank samples are yours to keep. Printed proofs are yours as well; we do not resell them.
