Distributor-only policy

We never sell direct

We do not quote, invoice or ship to end users. We do not run retail listings on marketplaces. If an end user contacts us, we route them to a distributor — and we do not tell them which one.

We never contact your accounts

Every order you place is blind: your client never sees our name, our email or our address. We do not email your client list, and we do not ask for it. If we accidentally receive a client contact from a shipment, we discard it.

Your pricing is confidential

Net pricing is quoted per project and never published. We do not discuss one distributor's pricing with another, and we do not use your quote as a benchmark in a competing quote.

What we ask of you

• Quote our pricing into your own numbers; don't forward our quote sheet.
• Send print-ready artwork, not a screenshot or a web image.
• Tell us the in-hands date, not just “as soon as possible”.

Territory and exclusivity

We do not sell the same custom product to two distributors competing for the same end user. If you register an opportunity with us, we will tell you if there is a conflict before quoting.
