Order checklist

  1. SKU and quantity (with the quantity break you want to price at).
  2. Imprint method, colours and position.
  3. In-hands date — the date your client needs it, not the ship date.
  4. Ship-to address and shipper name for blind delivery.
  5. Artwork, or a note that it is coming.
  6. Compliance requirements for the destination state.

Quick conversions

Common questions

What is the real lead time?
Production runs 15–25 days depending on decoration and quantity, plus 5–10 days transit by express. Rush options exist for most items — ask before you commit to a date.
Can I mix colours in one order?
Yes, above the MOQ. Colour splits may add 2–3 days and a small sorting charge.
Who pays duty?
Quoted DDP means we handle it to your door; FOB means your freight forwarder does. Tell us which you are pricing.
What if the decoration is wrong?
We send a photo of the first piece before running the batch. If it is our error we redo it; if the artwork was approved as-is, we quote a remake at cost.
