Compliance & testing
Your client's procurement team will ask for paperwork. Here is what we can supply and how long it takes.

Lead times: existing documentation goes out same day. New testing (CPSIA, heavy metals, migration) usually takes 5–7 working days and is quoted separately.
What we will not do: we will not certify a material we have not tested, and we will not backdate a test report. If a claim cannot be supported, we will say so before you quote.
Decorations: inks and adhesives used in printing are low-migration and phthalate-free; declarations available for regulated programs.
