Blind drop ship, as standard
Blind shipping is not an add-on here — it is how every order leaves the factory. Your client sees your brand, your paperwork and nothing else.
What ships inside the box
- Carton markings printed with your company name and order reference
- Packing list in your format — or none, if you prefer
- No supplier invoice, no factory address, no catalogue insert
- Products in poly bags without our labels
What we need from you
- Ship-to address and the name that should appear as the shipper
- Your packing list template, if you have one (PDF or Excel)
- Whether partial shipments are allowed
Documents by email
Commercial documents go to you, never to your client. If your client needs a tracking number, we send it to you and you forward it — that keeps the thread in your mailbox.
Shipping methods
Express (5–8 days transit) and air freight (10–14 days) both ship blind. Sea freight is available for large programs; it ships to your consolidation point rather than direct.
One thing we cannot do
If customs in the destination country requires an importer of record, that entity has to exist. We will tell you up front when a shipment cannot be fully blind, so it never becomes a surprise on the dock.
